To review collaborations and ensure that
individual roles and mandates are further clarified, the management of
NIMC, led by the DG/CEO Chris Onyemenam, has paid a working visit to the headquarters of the Nigeria Immigration Service in Abuja.
On hand to
receive them and lead deliberations in areas of mutual interests and
partnership was the Comptroller-General of the NIS, Mr David Parradang
and senior officers of the service.
A remarkable fallout of the
meeting was the fine tuning of vetting and clearance processes for
persons whose nationality or citizenship status are in doubt before they
can be enrolled into the National Identity Database (NIDB).
